Her perspective helped ground Spatial Awareness in attentiveness to space, power, relationships, and care, drawing on scientifically proven theories and approaches.
Mhairi passed away in 2024. Her influence continues to shape the values and practice of Spatial Awareness.
How We Work
Spatial Awareness is a small, focused practice. Alongside core leadership, we work with trusted experts from our network when specific skills, perspectives, or contexts are needed. This allows us to shape teams around the work itself, drawing on deep expertise while remaining flexible, independent, and responsive.
